1 Habitat management: option A1 non intervention
  • No management intervention is appropriate except:
    • To monitor and record any substantial cliff falls
    • To prevent cliff climbing
    • Ensure that all residents and visitors are made aware of the dangers of cliffs
    • Where appropriate to do so (and if the warden is a trained auxilliary coastguard) all cliff rescue training and practice in stable non sensitive areas- by the warden and by coastguard staff and, if appropriate in conjunction with the RAF search and rescue helicopters, out of the breeding season.
