  • The public do not require permission to land from boats- reserve managers can only encourage resposible attitues to disturbance and limit collecting
  • Maintain a close liason with the staff of the marine nature reserve.
Note the NNR extends to low water mark but the DWT lease extends onlyi to the HWM
The warden of the MNR will have powers of supervision over the littoral areas as well as the sub-littoral
